Reformer 1 is a full body workout with an emphasis on the fundamentals of Pilates. Focusing on breath control, core stability, mobility, form, and the mind body connection. This class may include strength training, cardio, and/or stretching. 

Reformer 2 is a full body workout with an emphasis on working towards more advanced movements, while still working on the fundamentals of Pilates; breath work, core stability, mobility, form, and the mind body connection. This class my include strength training, cardio, and/or stretching.
